Nec laudibus nec timore

NEC LAUDIBUS NEC TIMORE, by Mother Sigrid Eliora

Once before has this motto been the call of a lone voice in times of darkness, when Clemens August Galen stood up with his priests against the evil of their time. Neither through laud nor through threats and murderous plots can one silence a holy soul that only desires and aches to fulfill God's calling to spread the truth in Jesus Christ's peaceful way as the daily bread.

For far too long has been handed down heresy and literally sold for the truth, and numerous and often anonymous holy souls had to die in their peaceful but persevering resistance under laying down their own lives for the truth in this most unholy fight of organised criminality out of greed and lust for power, and institutional corporate bodies have abused Jesus Christ's true spiritual church and killed off or oppressed the truth again and again.

The gentle and meek of the ancient path of peace and wisdom, free of wrath, were always in the minority and found themselves often in the slavery of the bloodthirsty tribes and rulers, who only had expansion of their power on thier minds, and never for a moment the welfare and nourishing of holy souls.

There is no love in those, who lie to and about a holy soul and who ignore and mock God and commit blasphemy on a daily basis, but only ever arrogance and unbelievable decadence and pestilence, both symbolically and literally.

Heresy was widespread through the means of whole mercenary legions in as many as possible regions - Jesus Christ never ever wanted any blood to be spilled and certainly nobody in His Name killed - He gave Himself on the cross, and offered to the inhuman branches of evil to accept this His sacrifice but they just continued to slaughter the meek and the lowly and treat them to this very day as their 'slaves' in one way or another. Worship of the mammon of the golden ox, calf and cow being always a part of it, instead of the humble holy life of a holy family and travelling and voluntarily poor community, in which each member shares their gift to heal others and any rift to the outside.

And the simple fact that Jesus Christ took Mary Magdalene as His bride the so-called churches still purposefully and unforgivably from their members hide and even for a fee - what kind of corrupt see dares to call itself holy, but plays at the same time eternal roly-poly with the truth and locks away in their and external archives documents of holy proof under also many a desecrated roof and has heresy in their shelf?!

One that buys and sells shares and stocks with privileged information even in corexit oil spilling oysters and shells and in pharmaceuticals and institutions that with extensive elocutions even cast spells from their secret society hells.

Avon D'Bishmaya, illa passan min beesha.
Our Father, separate us from the evil ones.

The evildoers know, what they are doing, Father; they even purposefully ring with their lies by spies their bells.
Their sins are retained, as they have from confessing to the faithful refrained, and have purposefully unholy pseudo-friars as liars trained.

LISTEN carefully! Mother Sigrid Eliora's little Speech Therapy introduction

Little Ivan, James and John share with others, how life with cerebral palsy, Down's syndrome or epilepsy is. It is not easy and very precious, as their parents are most selflessly and lovingly trying all they can and foremost love them to bits. And little Ivan, James and John give their mum and dad and siblings surprises and challenges and unconditional love without limits.

Mother Sigrid Eliora's Free Little Speech Therapy Tips:

Tip 1

As a parent simply take all exercise with your child in a relaxed pace and as a play activity.

LISTEN. In the silence. In the middle of noise make room for listening to what is important.

Turn off  sources that are just providing noise screens.

LISTEN. To your own voice. Check on your body, whether you are relaxed, and if tense anywhere, relax, readjust your posture and don't lock your joints, as to not hinder the blood circulation. Your own way of calming down and checking on your own well-being will emanate and make others feel comfortable with you. When you sit, stand or move with only as much effort as is necessary, then your breathing works also from alone.

If you are relaxed others will be relaxed, and your child will pick up and even subconsciously breathe in your rhythm with you.

Life is stressful enough, so take one step at a time and play it by ear -literally- to correct your child only after he or she tried a sound or movement exercise a few times but offer praise for each time a sound was understandable.

Life is a constant discovery on a learning curve, and even more so we are being sensitised and refined in all our senses and especially in our ability to respond to and in listening to a child's needs.

In the beginning was silence and out of the silence came the first unforgettable sound. It is inscribed and imprinted somewhere deep in our soul and needs to be rediscovered and listened to in order to be home and at ease and to feel whole with the frequencies that always were, are and will be. The womb is like the universe for the fetus and the soul of the human being has already entered the mother's womb before the physical body follows and develops in the waters of the universe.

Some composers and musicians simply followed their inner ear and instantly wrote or played, what they heard. I often hear melodies and sometimes words with it and instantly sing them.

Music that is conceived this way is wholesome and healing, as we can see f.ex. with  Mozart, Haydn and Vivaldi.

The inner ear is such a precious key of life that needs to be nurtured and fed with the most nourishing loving nutrients that heaven can supply in order for us to grow, flourish and blossom. In my former work as a music, movement and speech therapy teacher I have found that even adults and children with multiple disabilities, no matter how severe they were, were responding with their soul to the songs I sang to and with them or to the music I played to or with them. Sometimes you would just see a sparkle in a pair of sedated eyes or the attempt of a smile with all the effort they could master!

Some would even try to form sounds or their breathing became more regular.

The more we are listening even and especially into the silence the more refined is our whole perception of a movement, voice, breathing, posture and the more we practise to listen to ourselves and others the more we learn to detect fine discrepancies between the voice and what somebody says and whether it is in tune with what he says.

A good exercise is to listen to somebody on the phone or to a speaker on the radio and to try to envisage the other end's posture and breathing. Is it relaxed and poised, effortless, or does the person seem tense. All is reflected in the voice and the breathing via the posture and movement. If the person is tense, so will be the voice, which becomes higher than usual, and the breathing will be shorter and abrupt, and it makes the listener feel uncomfortable eventually.

LISTEN! Into the silence and rediscover the universe of the womb in your inne ear. You can get a little idea of the sounds in the womb, when you cover your ears with your hands and just listen inside...

Treat yourself in the midst of noise and hectic to a moment of silence and listen selectively. Simply cut off, what is not important in this very instant. Ignore the noise. It takes practise but the more you listen, the more your communication also with your child and environment is so much more rewarding and richer. Of course, one side effect is that you will suddenly hear and observe much more than some people would like you to see and hear but those people are best avoided anyway.

They are the ones, who stare at others, or look away offensively, when they encounter disabilities - and thus deprive themselves of lost opportunities to come to life and share joy and sorrow, real feelings, and friendship with a human being.

LISTEN evermore carefully. As God speaks to you and is waiting for you to listen for more secrets and truth He so much likes with His children of old to share.

Tip 2

When you do practice sounds bear always in mind that everybody's physiology is different, and avoid strenuous movements but increase the effort and muscle tonus gradually but never with locked joints, i.e. in the jaw.

Tip 3

Gentle chewing movements that are done without gnawing and yawning by lowering the jaw
are also good warming up exercises for the lower face muscles and increase blood circulation and strengthen the facial muscles.

Tip 4

For strengthening the tonus in the upper facial muscles (cheeks to eye area) practise gentle smiles alternating with ever increasing grins with open and closed lips. Note: Make sure that you never freeze in a position but that you relax the muscles again after each stretch. Again, make sure that none of your joints in the body get locked. Whilst focusing on the quality of the movements and sounds keep also the rest of your body in your inner eye, as any locking of joints disrupts the blood circulation and over- tenses the vocal folds, which could lead to nodules.

Tip 5

You do not need to wait for a speech therapist appointment to have some fun activities combined with learning sounds and breathing playfully. There are plenty of free occupational apps available and many professional and excellent speech and other complementary therapy sessions available for free access on youtube. Just choose, what suits your child best.

Tip 6

Never forget to pronounce your words also clearly and in a pace your child can easily understand them. When you practise sounds lead by example in a playful way, don't out your child or yourself under pressure. Rather engage and enjoy in the interaction between you and treasure it as a unique precious moment that you share! Believe me, some moments hold all of heaven's joy in them, when a child is beaming and recreates the sound that used to be so very hard!

Tip 7

We learn all the time in everything we do. Simply use your daily routine as a way to practise sounds and words or movements and involve your child as much as possible in little tasks and let the child lead you to engage in questions and answers, even, when the child cannot say them or complete them. Again, praise is good for you both!
